The French artist Charles Pugin was also a draughts man and a writer. Pugin worked closely with various artists one of them being Thomas Rowlandson. he worked alot by using alot of gothic architecture. he has alot of works in Great Britain and London which consist both of drawings and structural commissions. This artist has been leading the the othic revival in the 19th century.
